Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Custom apparel, hand-dyed pieces, and made-to-order items may require additional production time. Estimated production timelines will be communicated when applicable.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days within the United States after an order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email once their order has shipped. Tracking information will be included when available.
It may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after a package has been scanned by the carrier.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. This can occur when products are fulfilled from different production partners or locations.
Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.
Shipping Delays
Crazy Fingers Design is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
If a shipment appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier inquiry.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may be required to reship the package.
International Shipping
International shipping availability may vary by product. Delivery times for international orders can range from 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
