Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Crazy Fingers Design. Because many of our items are made to order or one-of-a-kind handmade pieces, our return and refund policy is slightly different from large retail stores.

Please read below before purchasing.

Made-to-Order Apparel (Print-on-Demand)

Graphic tees, hoodies, and many apparel items are made especially for you after your order is placed.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference

  • Ordering the wrong item

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

  • Or you received the wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

One-of-a-Kind Handmade Tie Dye

All handmade tie dye pieces are final sale.

These items are:

  • Individually dyed

  • Unique and non-reproducible

  • Limited availability

We cannot accept returns for fit, preference, or style reasons.

If your handmade item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Shipping Issues

Crazy Fingers Design is not responsible for:

  • Packages delayed by carriers

  • Lost packages after confirmed delivery

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If you believe your package is lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because many items go into production quickly, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you need help, contact us as soon as possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
